Our newborn appointment was great! They were on time despite letting us know doctor could be late being stuck in traffic due to an accident. When he arrived shortly after we were put in a room we were so surprised but also thankfuShow morel they had shared that info with us in case we would have waited. They were gentle with our girl and gave us some great tips for caring for her. We will be returning for all future appointments.
As the first time, my doctor Harastani office has been amazing. Anytime I have called with a concern they have got me in the same day and they have address all my concerns for my daughter.

At Lapeer Pediatrics in Lapeer and Flint, Michigan, he works tirelessly to help his young patients reach their full potential.
Dr. Al-Harastani attended medical school at Damascus University–Faculty of Medicine in Damascus, Syria. He later completed his residency through the graduate medical program of Seton Hall University at St Joseph's Children's Hospital in Patterson, New Jersey.
Dr. Al-Harastani provided medical care to a diverse group of patients throughout Michigan. He practiced at McLaren Lapeer Region and Great Lakes Urgent Care Group in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Dr. Al-Harastani also worked at McLaren Lapeer Region Community Medical Center for more than 10 years.
During each stage of his career, Dr. Al-Harastani retained his passion for family and community medicine. He remained committed to helping children thrive and supporting growing families. To further this goal, Dr. Al-Harastani established the Lapeer Pediatrics practice in 2007 and added the Grand Blanc/Flint location in 2024 . He also serves as an Assistant Professor and enjoys teaching medical students from Michigan State University, and physician assistants from University of Detroit Mercy.

Amazing office staff! I called to switch my daughter’s pediatrician & the lady on the phone got me an appointment the same day! Dr. Harastani was so helpful in answering my questions about the concerns I had about my daughter. She also had her 2 month shots & the nurse was so kind & gentle with her. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone going forward !!

My daughter saw Mrs Danielle Hannah and I loved her. She was so patient and gentle with my sweet girl. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions or express any concerns and although I didn’t have many, I did not feel rushed. My daughter was crying and very upset from having her lead testing done and was scared. Danielle got on my 2 year olds level and let her hold her stethoscope before listening to her heart and belly which made her calm down. The office was clean, the staff were kind and professional, and I’m very happy I found this office.
She was great and talked to the kids and made them feel important. I have been taking my kids to this office going on 16 years now and will also be taking my baby when he is born. Keep up the great work.
Son had difficulty with hearing test. It took over 5 attempts to get that done, and it was still not working. Doctor had him have his ear flushed out, got earwax out of ear. He then passed hearing test and can hear better now.

My first time on 4-1-2025 I love it already staff and doctor very friendly I finally found a doctor who would listen to me and not give me the run around about my son having ADHD I would definitely recommend him to anybody I give them 5 stars
