I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in nursing, most of that in mental health care. My background includes inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, and working with individuals across different stages of life, so I’ve seen how mental health challenges can show up in very real, everyday ways. Over time, I’ve learned that many people don’t always have the words for what they’re experiencing—they just know something feels off. Maybe it’s constant worry, low energy, feeling overwhelmed, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. That’s where I come in. I focus on helping adults better understand what they’re experiencing and finding practical, effective ways to treat it, including medication when appropriate. My goal is to make mental health care feel clear, approachable, and tailored to you—not confusing or overwhelming.
