I was very pleased with my visit. Getting an appointment was done quickly. I had less than a 10 wait to be seen. I was greeted by all the staff in a very cheery manner. A very pleasant experience in an upbeat atmosphere. Staff is happy and shows it by their kind demeanor and smiles. Wait time was quite brief for both of my appointments. On both occasions I felt physically better after having seen Morgan Quin, PA.

Pleasant experience
Morgan Quinn is an excellent orthopedic nurse practitioner. She is nice, kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to . She listens to your concerns and takes them seriously and works to resolve them. Her clinical skills are also excellent as we had cortisone injections in our knees and she provided them with great competence.

My sister always told me that if you can't say anything good or better than the service that you received from people, don't add anything else. Because the job was perfect it was worth five stars, and you can't get that anywhere, only from the best people who do the best job.

First visit. Very informative. Morgan is exeptionally adept at explaining how to best navigate chronic conditions. She has a unique ability to draw down multiple complaints and keep the conversation on track. I appreciated her time and attention to detail. Very efficient staff as well.
My visit was pleasant and well organized. I was told exactly what was going on with my knees and what plan of action was needed in order to achieve full motion once again with them.
Dr. Grimes office is staffed with the very best care givers. Tells you in plain english what needs to be done, and what to expect afterwards. After one knee replacement and several other knee surgeries I trust them 100% with all of my care.

Facility cubicles were not clean- trash cans full and room generally not appropriate for a medical facility. Personnel were very good.

I would recommend Dr. Grimes and his Nurse Practitioner, Morgan Quinn to anyone looking for orthopedic problems. They are so knowledgeable and caring and explain everything going on with your problem. I would give 10 stars if I could.
