Dr. Ismail saw my son who has traumatic brain injury and also epilepsy along with other severe medical issues. He examined my son thoroughly and is a true humanitarian who advised due to the severity of my son’s anxiety etc he recShow moreommended Cleveland Clinic as my son would be able to stay in one group of specialists. Dr. Ismael could have just saw my son and be done with it but he was very honest. I was very pleased with the explanation he provided. Thank you Dr. Ismail.
Dr. Ismail is very attentive as he asks probing questions to ascertain provision of best care possible. He asks further questions based on responses to one’s clinical history questionnaire provided prior to seeing him in person. IShow moret is very advisable to complete the extensive questionnaire that leaves no stone unturned as it is time consuming. One needs to take the necessary time to complete in order for a successful partnership with the physicians to provide the best customized care.
