I met the doctor for an initial evaluation today. I was impressed that he was not willing to give me feedback after our short visit, rather he wanted to consult with his team members first and understand the problem better first.Show more I appreciate this approach very much.

I went to the doctor hoping he would offer alternatives therapies, potentially CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy) for my pain, and possibly some holistic treatments for my pain. He offered nothing except to refill my current prescriptions. Nothing. I was really disappointed and frustrated. I really was hoping he could provide something new. Nothing.
Dr. Hassan is a skilled practitioner who approaches his patients individually rather than treating us as simply part of a group of people with similar problems. In my case, his recommendations are conservative and in the past have proven to be the best case.
Dr. Majeed listens well and sensitively and has helped me solve issues in a helpful and thoughtful well. He is knowledgeable about a variety of medications and other interventions to address pain.
Bring all scans , Dr. notes as they will charge to help you get this stuff . I was told about paying $50 up front to help you . I am going to interview the Dr. and I need to pay ? I would have brought what they need . I brought the CD ‘s . One was done at John’s Hopkins and I was told they can use the ones from Washington Radiology and Community Radiology is ok but they donot have the technology for Hopkins? Are you kidding me ? They want the scans but can not use Hopkins due to technology?

Thoughtful and careful in listening to me and explaining a treatment plan for my care.
Getting a shot in my back is no one’s idea of fun but Dr Majeed and his team made the procedure as comfortable as possible. He communicated throughout the process and his assistants were knowledgeable and supportive. They made every effort to get me through the procedure without too much stress (I brought that!) Very grateful for their care. Now waiting for the steroids to kick in!

Today's therapy was very productive for me, and Dr. Majeed took the time to hear what insights I had gained. I am going through what is one of the most difficult and challenging experiences of my life; caring for an elderly parent with rapidly progressing Alzheimer's disease. I will have more to say about this later on in the process, but I went back to facing the reality of my life with a renewed determination.
