I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate Degree from Vanderbilt University. I have over 16 years of experience in the field of psychiatry in acute care hospitals and outpatient clinics and have treated many patients with a variety of conditions that includes generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, narcolepsy, insomnia, autism spectrum disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosis, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, Alzheimer’s Disease, etc. Additionally, I treat patients struggling with various addictions and substance abuse including alcoholism and opioid use disorder. I am a certified prescriber of Buprenorphine/Subutex/Suboxone to treat opioid use disorder.
