Dr. Kinaan received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar. He finished his internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship training at the University of Central Florida / HCA Healthcare GME program in Orlando, Florida. He served as an internal medicine chief resident and endocrinology chief fellow during his training.
He is an active member of several medical and endocrine societies, including the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE), Endocrine Society, Pituitary Society, and American Thyroid Association (ATA). Dr Kinaan's staff are very courteous and kind and do a great job with scheduling, checking you in and downloading any information the Dr needs to see. Dr Kinaan is one of the few Dr's left who never makes you feel rushed. He takes his time to explain everything and go over the plan he has for you. I couldn't ask for a better endocrinologist.

Dr Kinaan staff is very helpful and professional, from the FD girl that call right away to schedule you and send orders to the nurse that do your triage. Always give the best service. Dr Kinaan is being working with me for the past 10 months and I already lowered my A1C, lost weight and feel great. I recommend that office 100%.
Dr. Kinaan is an outstanding Endocrinologist with offices in Kissimmee and St. Cloud, Florida. He is without a doubt an extremely knowledgeable Physician. His mastery of, and ability to clearly explain every nuanced detail of, and management of care, leading to my upcoming first Radition Iodine treatment, which he recommended following my total thyroidectomy, has left me feeling extraordinarily fortunate to have him as my Endocrinologist. Dr. Kinaan's Nursing staff and Office administration staff, headed up by the incomparably wonderful Mrs. Henry, make visiting Premier Endocrinologists a totally pleasant and enjoyable experience.
