I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. I believe the best psychiatric care starts with listening and understanding each person's unique experiences and goals. My approach combines medication management with education and supportive psychotherapy, helping patients better understand their symptoms and actively participate in treatment decisions. I take a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach and strive to create a safe space where patients feel heard and supported. I treat a variety of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar and mood disorders, and women's mental health concerns. My goal is to provide individualized, practical treatment plans that help patients improve daily functioning and overall quality of life.
