Dr. Mylaine Riobe Heron, MD

Dr. Mylaine Riobé is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and integrative physician with more than two decades of experience caring for women across all stages of life. Her approach combines evidence-based gynecologic care with an integrative understanding of the hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that influence health and well-being.

Dr. Riobé earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her medical degree from New York Medical College. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and becoming board certified in the specialty, she pursued additional training in functional medicine and Chinese medicine. This expanded her clinical approach beyond conventional gynecology to incorporate a broader, personalized perspective on health.

She founded and directed the Riobé Institute of Integrative Medicine in Florida, where she developed a multidisciplinary approach to patient care for over 15 years before returning to New York, where she grew up. 

Dr. Riobé has particular interests in hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, fertility support, metabolic health, and the evaluation of complex symptoms that may not fit neatly within a single diagnosis. She believes effective care starts with listening carefully to her patients and partnering with them to create a personalized, foundational approach to health and well-being.

Dr. Riobé is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is licensed to practice medicine in New York.
