I’m a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, board-certified in both psychiatric and family practice, so we look at the whole picture: mood, focus, sleep, stress, and the physical health underneath them. Many people I see are capable, busy New Yorkers who look fine on the outside and feel depleted on the inside. Others have tried care before and felt rushed. Here, your first visit is a full hour, and you see me at every visit. I treat anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, trauma, and sleep and mood concerns. Visits combine medication management with supportive therapy, so you are never just a prescription. We build your plan together, with practical lifestyle work on sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress, and attention to your physical health, including labs when needed.
