As a Mental Health Counselor (MHC) born in Saudi Arabia and with roots in India, I offer a multicultural perspective to therapy. My approach blends psychoanalytic therapy to explore subconscious origins of issues with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address present thoughts and behaviors. Clients can expect a secure, empathetic space where we collaboratively navigate, akin to having a guiding compass, to piece together the jigsaw puzzle of their life. Through this process, I aim to empower clients with insights, self-awareness, and practical tools for personal growth and resilience. My goal is to assist clients in understanding themselves deeply, fostering positive change, and equipping them with skills for a fulfilling life beyond our sessions.
