Dr. Nandita has been wonderful. All of my appointments with her have been on Zoom, and even through virtual visits she is attentive, patient, and very thorough. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and Show moremakes sure all my questions are answered.
My experience was positive. There is good interaction between patient and provider. The provider is there to listen to the patient's needs. There is also the chance for the patient to share feelings about the mental health conShow moreditions in addition to side effects.

Wonderful staff and Dr P is great
We didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Puchakayala (Dr P) listened to our concerns, asked follow-up questions. made adjustments to meds trying to ‘find the calm’.
Dr P. Is a wonderful psychiatrist. She listens and understands my concerns and explains options for treatment clearly and kindly. I higly recommend Dr. P.!
A slight medication change turned into over a week of getting back to me. Now when I finally speak to Dr P on the 2nd of May, we agree to a new medicine and at 4:00 that same night she sent it over to pharmacy but now it’s all mixed up so all the rest of that week til Saturday night(and pharmacy closes at 5 so now we’re dealing with the weekend!!! I shouldn’t have had to wait all weekend for a clerical error to be fixed. Both pharmacy and Dr were open . Never have I pneumonia put on hold so much

Dr. Puchakayala provides good care, but the actual time when I am seen, very often, is late after the scheduled appointment time. The most recent one had me waiting in excess of 1 hour. I don’t like to waste that much time.

Call center that contacts patients has poor communication skills they don't speak English well and reschedule appointments without patient consent.
