Two issues I've had. One trying to organize treatment with CVS specialties. It was difficult to fill prescription when I didn't know the information. 2nd when I had a problem with a Spravato technician Maria, who made mShow moree cry it didn't seem like anyone cared. The treatment basically saved my life. I am EXTREMELY impressed by the results of SPRAVATO treatment.
Excellent telehealth experience. The physician was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed and felt genuiShow morenely cared for throughout the visit. The online appointment was convenient and efficient. I highly recommend this physician for anyone seeking quality virtual care.

I did Not like the fact that you had a student in on my appointment time without asking my permission, you broke hip Paula by not protecting my rights, I felt that my privacy was invaded by some kid. I didn’t even know or care to get to know. I feel you should’ve gotten on FaceTime with me first and ask my permission before you brought a stranger in on my meeting. Plus every appointment you’ve been late.
Every time I had an appointment or when I was put on hold over the phone it took them several minutes to get back to me.
