Narayn Pillai, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified Cardiologist at Advanced Cardiovascular Consultants in Atlantis and West Palm Beach, Florida. He has a special interest in coronary and peripheral vascular disease.
Dr. Pillai received his MD from The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) medical school in India.
He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, now called UMass Chan Medical School, in Worcester, Massachusetts, followed by an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio.
Dr. Pillai spent three years in academics teaching residents and cardiology fellows before moving to private practice and was involved in clinical research at the University of Massachusetts (UMass) and the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Pillai has published his work in numerous scientific journals.
He completed a dedicated Vascular Fellowship at the Prairie Vascular Institute and expanded his peripheral arterial and venous disease expertise.
Dr. Pillai is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a designated Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI). He holds additional certification as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).
He is dedicated to saving lives in emergent and non-emergent situations through complex interventions and appreciates the opportunity to care for people in their most vulnerable moments. He strives to provide the best care for his patients by staying up-to-date and engaging patients in their management.
When he is not working, he cherishes his time with his beautiful wife, Shaachi Gupta, an oncologist in West Palm Beach, and their two adorable children.

The office environment was calming. The receptionist and front staff very pleasant and efficient. The doctor and RNP explained my situation with clarity and listened to my concerns.

Friendly and pintial
For my first time, I had a good experience. I lied that the doctor asked questions. They’re concerned on giving you the right information about what you need. They’re very concerned about the patient. The office is a very nice office and so are all the employees so for now, I will give it a five because I think that I had a good experience for my first time my aunts been going there, but this was my first time and I will see how it works from here.
