The initial phone call was to unlock a phone. We each had 1 cast member coming home. The second phone had to wait to her appointment, so she couldn’t clock in any early which she could of cancelled and be seen sooner. So as three customers sitting, I counted at one point 17 cast members were sitting and waiting for an appointment. I had an appointment and canceled and was seen at as just walking in, which could of been done for my daughter. Once we did get with our agent, it was pleasure working with the staff. While actually waiting for my original phone backed up, several representatives all professions and note. Would def did have started teaching us how to use the several different apps that uses AI, and took the time out and explained the when classes that are held. We can’t wait to attend a class!
Dr. Cadoo’s office is beautiful! It’s a one stop shop. They do everything from annual appointments to healing IV’s. I love my nurse practitioner, Narciza! She knows her stuff but she is also willing to pick Dr. Cadoo’s brain, when necessary. Crystal, at the front desk, is amazing!! She knows how to make me feel like my questions are heard and she always finds me the answers. The rest of the staff is lovely, too. My only complaint is that there can be a long wait. It’s best for me to schedule right after lunch.

Although I’ve been a happy patient with Dr Cadoo’s practice, this was my first experience with Narciza. She was everything I hoped she would be. She addressed my medical concern and won my confidence.
