I love my provider she is the best. I don't love the automated system that answers the phone and sometimes the staff answering the phone can seem a little rude or unknowledgeable.

I had a 9am appointment, which I waited over 2 hours to be called back...It was extremely flusterating! They were over booked as usual, with no concern for my time, however, you get charged if you miss their appointment time!! Totally unethical!

Southern Diabetes has been attentive and helpful with my healthcare needs. They’ve been great about calling and checking on me. They periodically review my glucose levels remotely through my monitor and make recommendations. My prescriptions are called in as needed as well. It has been a good experience.
