I rated 4 stars because of the wait time. My appt was at 915, I got there at 845 because it's better to be early than late. I watched several people who had gotten there well after me go back first. So I questioned it and of course was told I was next (just so happened). I finally got called back at 1040. I just feel like that system is broken. I understand all offices are like that, but this is ridiculous. My time is valuable as well. The visit with Mrs Bradshaw was absolutely spot on.
Natalie is very nice and really listened to me. She addressed all of my questions. I recommend her to to everyone.
