Southern Diabetes has been attentive and helpful with my healthcare needs. They’ve been great about calling and checking on me. They periodically review my glucose levels remotely through my monitor and make recommendations. My prescriptions are called in as needed as well. It has been a good experience.

I rated 4 stars because of the wait time. My appt was at 915, I got there at 845 because it's better to be early than late. I watched several people who had gotten there well after me go back first. So I questioned it and of course was told I was next (just so happened). I finally got called back at 1040. I just feel like that system is broken. I understand all offices are like that, but this is ridiculous. My time is valuable as well. The visit with Mrs Bradshaw was absolutely spot on.

Natalie is compassionate and caring. I am very pleased with her attitude and work ethics. She goes into detail all that I or my husband might not understand. We are happy that the clinic opened just a few miles from where we live. Hardly any traffic and front door parking to boot. We both are very pleased with the service we get there.
