She graduated from Fordham University with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Spiritual Care. She is trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), TF-CBT, and CBT. Nataliya enjoys working with people of all ages, using a holistic approach that combines Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and nature mindfulness to help clients achieve greater emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal health. She loves hiking, the ocean, sunsets, and traveling.
