I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, or major life transitions. Some may have difficulty putting their feelings into words, while others may feel misunderstood or unsure of how to move forward. Through a warm, collaborative approach, I help clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships. I offer trauma-informed counseling using play-based and creative interventions, CBT, and IFS-informed techniques. Through play and expressive arts, I help children express emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change, while involving caregivers when appropriate. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate this alone. I strive to offer a warm, affirming space where you or your child can feel safe, understood, and accepted.
