I was sitting in the office for 1:45 minutes before I was seen by the doctor only to be done in less than 5 min. Not once was I informed by staff that the doctor would be late until I was ready to leave. This is completely unaccepShow moretable. Any other patient would have left & if I were that late my appt would have been canceled. This is unprofessional. If information was provided, I would have respect the wait but sitting in a room with the door closed & no information is disrespectful to my time

I am disappointed from the service. I was not provided any solution to my problem I came here for last 2 appointments the doctor did not prescribed me any medication. I have been having swelling, pain and itchiness. The doctor told me to come again for another appointment but I want my medication ASAP.
Today was my first visit at Dr. Modi' s office and the entire experience from the moment I walked in was awesome. Clean and calm environment with friendly staff. Dr. Modi is not only a skilled professional but compassionate. I am looking forward to my next visit ☺️
