I started seeing Nelia Sarmiento several years ago, when the Dr. I had been using had no available appointments. She was a PA in his practice. At the end of my appointment I decided to stay with her. She gave me the time he neverShow more did. She listened to me and understood my concerns. She asked questions which would make my treatment the best I could get. She’s congenial. She’s accessible, responds quickly to email, and follows up after appointments. I highly recommend her.
I first saw Ms. Sarmiento in her office, pre-Covid, then continued with telehealth appointments. Based on my experience I’d say she is extremely dedicated to her clients. She takes adequate time to address any and all issues. She Show moreresponds immediately to emails or calls, and has been available if I needed an earlier than scheduled appointment. She is knowledgeable about treatment options, and includes me in the conversation about what may be the best course of action. She’s also congenial.

Nelia was extremely nice to both my son and myself. It was our first visit with her which she did separately and she 100% took her time with us. We didn’t feel rushed at all. She took her time explaining every detail of what each of us can expect from her going forward with therapy. She made everything about intake so smooth and easy. I definitely recommend her.
