Ms. Nelly’s is truly a nice person. She definitely made me feel comfortable around her the first office visit to start my medication for my Mental Health. With our take-visits, she feels more like a friend, as we talk about our Show morefamily, how are days are going, etc…. She keeps up with absolutely every thing I’m going through or where Im at right now. The staff upfront are sweet too, as well as the fact that their nurses definitely listen to you and help you right away. They are very kind!

Very clean and inviting space. Makes you feel at ease considering you are there to discuss some not so easy to talk about topics. All the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I am so glad to have found Resolute. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I had found a true blessing. Everything was beautiful, clean, and pristine. The staff is extremely nice and courteous, and actually takes the time to make your visit a comfortable experience I was assigned to an APRN, Mrs. Nelly Zugina, who is easily one of the best providers I have ever seen. She was compassionate, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and patient-centered in her approach to care. Five Stars!!

The office was calming and so well organized. Nelly herself was welcoming and listened with open ears and a want to help. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She even gave me tips and tricks to help with my situation rather than just shoving medication at me. It was overall a wonderful experience.
During my first visit, Nelly was very understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and heard. She took the time to discuss any new medication she prescribed and made sure I was aware of and comfortable with it. You can really tell that she cares. Everyone I encountered from the moment I walked in was nice and welcoming, creating a very inviting environment.
