Nena Vigil

Born and raised in New Mexico, Nena earned her nursing and advanced practice degrees in her home state and remains deeply committed to serving her community through compassionate, patient-centered care.

In 2014 Nena began her career specializing in stroke care in the inpatient setting, where she developed a strong foundation in complex neurological assessment and acute patient management. She later transitioned into home healthcare, providing care for patients with chronic illnesses and managing complex, non-healing wounds, which further strengthened her holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Nena is also certified in aesthetic medicine and has been practicing in this specialty since 2014. Her aesthetic practice includes comprehensive facial assessments, Botox injections, and dermal filler treatments, with a focus on natural-looking results, facial balance, and patient safety. She combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver individualized aesthetic treatment plans.

Over the past two years, Nena has focused her clinical practice on pain management, integrating her diverse background to create personalized treatment strategies aimed at reducing pain, improving function, and enhancing overall quality of life. In addition to her work in pain management, Nena also specializes in hospice, providing end-of-life care with a strong emphasis on comfort, dignity, symptom management, and emotional support for patients and their families.
