I came in as a new patient and they were able to schedule my appointment the next week (not like most OB/GYN offices or clinics who are booked 1-2 months out for new patients) and for a busy working girl, this just makes a huge diShow morefference! I was greeted, checked-in and seen within 10 minutes. The PA I saw was friendly, thorough and clearly discussed all of my options. The whole experience was so great it made this appointment that most women dread somewhat enjoyable. Plus I was in and out in under 30 minutes and back to work!

Nerissa C. Safie, MD, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with a special interest in keeping women healthy and strong through every stage of life, including pregnancy and menopause. She has been in private practice since 2011.
Dr. Safie received her bachelor of science degree in chemistry from California State University in San Bernardino graduated Suma Cam Laude. She earned her MD from Harvard University in Boston, in 2000. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
She’s a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Safie has been a natural leader from a young age, having competed in the Model U.N. and become president of the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students while at Cal State.
A lover of dance and music, Dr. Safie choreographed comical dances for her fellow medical students that were highlighted in a second-year med-school showcase. Donates her hair to Locks of love. This was my first time at TWH. Everyone was very nice to deal with. Dr Safie was on time and very pleasant. I did not feel rushed at all. She was very thorough and explained my condition satisfactory.
