I was seen by Ugwu bc my provider had an emergency. Our visit, start to finish, lasted less than 14 minutes. My concerns were overlooked, she look me off of 2 medications and replaced with another. Like I feared, I’m feeling horrible today!! I’ve been on the couch since rolling out of bed (after 10am). Thankfully my husband is off today and can teach homeschooling and take care of everything else. Hopefully my provider can fix this at my next appointment.

During my visit I feel 100% comfortable and speak about anything and everything that's going on in my life. Ngozi is genuinely engaged with me and has always put me at ease.
