Ms Ferron was SO EXTREMELY nice from the moment she walked into the room! She asked me about my concerns and LISTENED to what I had to say, which is so important, right? She made me feel heard, seen, and that she cared about how IShow more was feeling and how to fix me. I left feeling safe and confident that my ear infection would get better. Nickeshia Ferron was excellent at explaining all I needed to know. I felt very comfortable with her. My only problem was the rude lady who checked me in. Because of her i would not recommend or come back as long as she is there she won’t tell me her name of course.
She was very caring and thorough! This is our 2nd time seeing her and she was amazing!

Everyone at this office is so friendly. From front desk to the doctors. Nickeshia was great with my son. It was quite a bit of wait but the office was very full. The experience there was worth the wait!
She was cautious with my injury and didn’t just send me home she felt I did more health than she could give me so sent me to the ER
