PA Nickeshia was very professional and took the time to listen to the reason for my visit. She took the time to explain to me what my symptoms were and the reason behind some of the prescriptions she was sending. Also, I really apShow morepreciated the fact that she referred to me by my name rather than just the “patient in room XX” - I could hear her when she was talking to her staff outside of my room & how she referred to me by my first name. That was a breath of fresh air.
Ms Ferron was SO EXTREMELY nice from the moment she walked into the room! She asked me about my concerns and LISTENED to what I had to say, which is so important, right? She made me feel heard, seen, and that she cared about how IShow more was feeling and how to fix me. I left feeling safe and confident that my ear infection would get better. I wish I could see her Everytime. Thank you so much Ms Ferron!

Nickeshia Ferron was excellent at explaining all I needed to know. I felt very comfortable with her. My only problem was the rude lady who checked me in. Because of her i would not recommend or come back as long as she is there she won’t tell me her name of course.
