Went in for Urgent Care. Anticipated a long wait, was very surprised when they took me after just about 15 minutes. Dr. Ferron was professional and thorough. I cannot complain about anything. Glad I went to Apple.

super helpful with treatment recommendations and made me feel safe and comfortable during a vulnerable time. she and her staff helped answer all my questions/concerns even though i had to ask multiple times due to my own mental clarity starting the treatment. she also gave me advice on dealing with my MediCal to receive necessary specialized treatment.

The stuff very cooperate the provider has patient with me and answering my questions and taking care for patient.
I was in the room a long time the lights kept turning off. I don’t understand why I just couldn’t wait in the waiting room. Almost 1 hour, but the doctor did a good job assured me that everything was gonna be OK
