Nicole Alexander, DO, is a highly skilled and compassionate neurologist at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.
Dr. Alexander received her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, before pursuing her osteopathic medicine doctorate from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens. She completed her residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.
With a diverse range of special interests, including general neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, headache disorders, botulinum toxin (Botox®) injections, movement disorders, and stroke, Dr. Alexander provides comprehensive and specialized care to her patients.

Was good
It was my first time seeing her for a nerve block. She did a fine job and was pleasant to talk to. She wasn't like some doctors who come into the room and back out in a flash. She didn't act like she was in some big hurry, which is great from a patient's stand point.
I love the fact she took the time to explain things to me that were never explained before. She didn’t treat me like I was crazy like other doctors have in the past.
