Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisionally Licensed Art Therapist. Art Therapy uses creative expression to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. Art Therapy can treat a variety of conditions, such as mood management, impulse control and trauma healing. Nicole is committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care grounded in empowerment, respect, and social justice. She has experience working with diverse populations and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, seen, and valued. Nicole’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, collaborative, and strengths based. Through thoughtfully designed art directives and nonjudgmental exploration of creative expression, Nicole helps clients uncover insight, build resilience, and develop greater self-understanding. She views each client as the expert of their own life and honors their unique therapeutic journey.
