Nickie Peterson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP-BC) with a strong clinical foundation and a heart for patient-centered care. Nickie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN) from Rasmussen College in Ocala, Florida, and went on to complete her Master’s in Nursing (FNP-C) at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks (UND Hockey Fan!).
Nickie has been an RN since 2012, gaining experience across a wide range of settings including ER, Trauma Care, Long-Term Care, Family Practice, and Specialty Clinics. Nickie's diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and treatment.
Nickie's decision to become an FNP was driven by a desire to take a more active role in her patients’ health. Nickie is passionate about collaborating with each individual to create personalized treatment plans, believing that true success in prevention and/or healing comes from working with patients, not just treating them.
