Very easy to talk to. Really seems to want to meet and address my mental health needs. Providing telehealth services will quickly allow me to reach her and I don't have to worry about transportation, the weather, or if I'm sick or if I don't feel well and it's a bad day. Nikki was super nice. She listened to all my symptoms and also gave me some ideas on how to lessen those symptoms. We were able to get me some antibiotics and she said to reach out if they weren't working and we could figure something else out
