I went to see Dr. Nick for the first time and I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the cleanliness as well. He was very organized. I didn't feel rushed. Very good conversation. I felt vShow moreery comfortable and that is very important to me to have a good relationship with a doctor so you can get to the root cause of whatever issues you're having. I would highly recommend anyone to give him a try. He also practices homeopathic which I like

Dr. Ooi has been not only extremely helpful, but he really listens to his patients, takes his time to really listen to me, but has helped me in my most time of need. I have been going to Randolph Clinic since February and I must say that I am very impressed with Dr. Nik and his staff. They are very attentive, professional, friendly, and compassionate. I receive great care over there whether it be for a regular checkup , mental health appointment or something else. He is very compassionate and has an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! He is also double board certified which is very rare and a plus !

The office is well run, it was very easy to book the appointment. Nick specializes in geriatrics and is very well rounded. Always does his research. He is very empathetic and his bedside manners are superb.
