Nik and his staff at The Randolph Clinic are AWESOME!! Anytime I'm having a hard time and not feeling well, they make me feel better by giving me tea, either hot or cold. Nik has a great bedside manner. There's been a coupShow morele of times that they have come out to my home because I was too sick to go to the clinic. Nik and his staff always treats us like family. I am so grateful for The Randolph Clinic!! Love you guys!!
Nik is a very friendly and outgoing doctor/nurse. You can see right off the bat just how much he and his staff care and is very supportive and listening. Just last month, Nik showed me how to inject the zepbound that I am on and Show morenow I'm honored to say just how proud that I am because I can do it all by myself. I have been a patient of Nik Ooi for at least 2 years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely kind, listens to you as a patient with your questions, etc. He has a very, very kind staff, they are all very very helpful. He comes highly recommended !

I fainted after a routine blood draw, and everyone took excellent care of me. They brought me glucose gel, water, ice packs, juice, and crackers, rubbed my back, let me lie down as long as I needed to, and were very understanding and helpful. Absolutely everyone, from Dr. Ooi to the nurses and assistants, was kind, caring, and professional.
