Nikalina Dundas is my Primary Care Physician. I was really sick recently and she fit me in immediately ! I was given all the proper medications to treat my symptoms and the best part is I DID NOT HAVE TO GO TO A PHARMACY ! SheShow more had everything I needed right in the office which was a relief because let's face it, when you're sick who wants to go and stand in line at a pharmacy? ! I have no insurance, but the fees were extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful practice!
Felt at home the moment I walked in. Nikalina and team took care of me from the beginning of my appointment to the end. When I used to get hydration IVs, I had to get poked numerous times, but the nurse did it with one stick. IShow more appreciate that so much! Cause who wants to be stuck with a needle more than once! I also liked that all three girls checked on me while I was getting the IV. Very thorough and personable staff. Thank you!

My first visit was a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed talking to the team there about my health concerns. I left feeling heard, educated and cared for. I highly recommend Nikki and look forward to visiting her new Crystal River Office when it opens.

Great people. I have thin rolling veins and on both blood draws they hit the first time. That usually never happens with me!
I went for IV therapy. I was dehydrated and she got my vein without giving up and only two tries required. My doctor's office struggles to get it when I am not dehydrated. Easy relaxing experience.
Had a simple request , got a simple answer. The way it should be.
I live over an hour away from Nikki in Land O Lakes, and when I say I'll make the drive to go to someone I can trust with my health before I go to any random office down here, it's worth the drive for me. Nikki and her staff are beyond personable and helpful in all aspects of the profession. Highly recommend utilizing her for any services medically needed and offered in her practice.

Nikalina Dundas is the best, hands down! She is always able to get me in quickly and responds in a timely manner. The clinic is a nice, relaxing atmosphere with employees who are friendly and make you feel like you’re at home. I love this place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extreme Infused Medical is absolutely amazing. Nikki and Courtney are true rockstars. My husband and I were starting to feel pretty under the weather and reached out for IV therapy—best decision ever. Courtney came to our home for a mobile IV visit (which alone deserves a standing ovation), and within hours we were already feeling so much better. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in making people feel better!
I love her so much…she listens and offers practical solutions. She is also very knowledgeable and most importantly kind.

Her compassion is above anyone else you can find. She is knowledgeable, kind, funny and seems to have a magic touch.
