The receptionist welcomed me in a covid safe environment.Explained the sign in forms to me and made me feel at ease. She then took me to the room where Dr Patel will see me. Dr Patel greeted me with a smile and we had a brief cShow moreonversation about how I was feeling and and for me state my problem. He listened to me answered all my questions and told me how he could help, and told me the other professional he would collaborate with for the best outcome to. During the conversation I became increasingly comfortable and at ease. And the plan of care he developed for me, made me leave his office a very good.,
He has a caring heart and sense of humor. I was examined and exrayed. He referred me to an ondodotist for root canal. But since the cost is so high he also referred me to BU dental college. He even was taking business away fromShow more himself by suggesting I go to one of the dental hygienist programs nearby. If I can manage it I will return to Dr. Patel. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
