Dr. Nilesh Patel is a true New Yorker having grown up and received all his education from elementary school through otolaryngology residency in New York City.
He attended the prestigious Sophie Davis School of Medicine accelerated seven year BS/MD program and graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1995. After completing a general surgery internship at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn in 1996, he remained there to complete specialty training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency in 2000.
Dr. Patel is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is also a clinical assistant professor of otolaryngology at the New York University School of Medicine and at the New York Medical College. He has authored publications in otolaryngology journals and textbooks. He has also presented at various otolaryngology meetings. Currently, he enjoys private practice in New York City.

Dr. Patel was amazing! Very thoughtful, caring and genuine. Many doctors just want to get in and out, but Dr. Patel was not in a rush and ensured he answered all my questions.
Nice experience
This was my first appointment with Dr. Patel. The staff was very nice and professional. His nurse called me in immediately and then the doctor. No waiting at all! Explained everything and next steps. I will be back and will recommend!

0 star it was my first time seeing him, I have been suffering from sinusitis for 5 years visited half a dozen ent and he commented that I was impatient !!! actually he was rude and rushed me, I had never seen someone do that to new Pt at lest. he has a passive aggressive attitude towards complicated health issues patients cause that is out of his knowledge period please stay away from this kind of doctors
