I have never as in NEVER been treated so poorly by nurses, staff and doctor. I was left in a freezing room hanging on to a procedure chair for over an hour. The camera for the procedure was not working. After 30 minutes a receptShow moreionist fixed it. I’m hanging in chair, exposed, only cover a paper sheet. I told 3 people I was freezing. No response except for “ the air conditioner has to be on in this room.” Dr K did not explain procedure properly and I was left a crying mess. It was excruciating painful . As a very retired critical care nurse, I can honestly say this day was inexcusable. I’m still in pain and Dr said before he departed ,”to make sure you take AZO. You’ll need it. “ I feel like I have literally been torn apart.
I had a 9am apt. I arrived right at 8:55am, was checked in and not two minutes later was brought to the back to a room. The nurse was very friendly, checked my vitals and answered my questions. I filled out paperwork (they give yoShow moreu the option to fill out prior to visit) as I waited for Dr. Kilambi. A little while later Dr. Kilambi knocked and came in then greeted me and was very professional and polite. He explained everything making sure I understood and made sure to answer all of my questions. Overall I was very impressed and will recommend Dr. Kilambi and his staff to anyone else with urological needs in the future. Keep up the “Excellent work” Sincerely, Joey R

My initial contact with Dr. Kilambi was a bit strange but when he performed my procedure during my second visit he was perfect showing understanding, compassion and competence. I will be having Laser surgery within a few weeks and feel I am in safe hands with a highly competent surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Kilambi.
The procedure was great. But not good about answering the phones or getting back to you in a timely manner. But overall was good experience
They did well.
Dr. Kilambi help change my life for the better. Thank you and Thank GOD for the Green Laser procedure. It literally changed my life. Thank you for the treatment, thoroughness and patience with me. Highly recommend the procedure and NWA Urology.
Dr. Kilambi is a true professional. He listens to your concerns and answers any questions you have in terms that you understand. He shoots straight and doesn’t beat around the bush.
Always a Great experience!
the care I received was good but I never saw or had a conversation with Dr. Kilambi the day of the procedure.
Takes care of problem
Very positive first meeting. Look forward to the doctor helping me with my health concerns. He is very knowledgeable.
This new program will change my life in a positively better way
My kind of doctor
Very good at explaining on what the device was designed to do and was very easy to understand
The dr was very kind and knowledgeable to Patient and family. The only problem we had was 8:30 appointment and we sat in the room for an hour before the Dr came in. They need to do something with there scheduling people don’t feel good to begin with and after an hour wait it’s not pretty
I found Dr. kilambi efficient, direct and proficient. Very business-like. Thorough. But not a conversationalist. I had questions, but he was not available to answer them. Would I recommend him? Most assuredly.
I had my five year cancer followup visit. No detectable PSA readings for five years. I could not have better news than this! Dr Kalimabi was friendly and engaging with his conversation ,sharing some personal experiences. I would continue to recommend Dr. Kalimabi for his expertise and his engagement with his patients has clearly improved.
He gave me a quick solution for the problem that I had. Anyone can rely on his knowledge and experience. Thank you, Dr Kilambi!

I have never seen a urologist, and Dr. Kilambi was a pleasure to meet. He was kind, attentive, and made me feel hopeful we will get to the bottom of the issue no matter how big or small.
Dr. Kilambi was so easy to talk to and so professional. I highly recommend
