normally do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Summit Medical Group. Looking back, the red flags were present from my very first visit. My appointment was scheduled for 2:20 PM, but I did not leave the office until nearly 4:00 PM. Patients are asked to provide information ahead of time regarding the purpose of their visit, yet upon arrival, the process and expectations seemed completely different, which created unnecessary frustration. Best Primary Care Physician hands down! Listens, orders diagnostics based on thorough assessment, involves you in your plan of care/treatment and follows up. Dr. Udochi is very passionate about her profession and patients. She is worth the wait as she gives everyone the same personalized individual attention everyone wants to receive when it's their turn. I've been a patient of hers for 8 years. Although I now live in another state, I continue to have her as my PCP as she is simply awesome!
