It always feels like a truly personal experience every time I see Dr. Udochi. She is attentive to her patients and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff are always nice and helpful getting you through your visit. Sometimes, there is Show morea bit of a wait time depending on the time of your visit. Good customer service and very experienced doctors.
I would not recommend this practice. Seven hours late for a telehealth appointment by doctor. Then she got sarcastic with me and said "you already said that" when asking for a medication refill when I couldn't remember if I asked for the correct number of refills. In addition the reason for the appointment my test results, I could not receive because the computer system was down. Find a better place to go where patients are respected. I have had enough.

I like telemed better. Short and better for me. Time was good and everything was in a timely manner
Provided services through modern technology. Fast efficient and timely. The time component is essential for the on the go and working population and the virtual visit was exactly what was needed. Not to leave out the ability to be cost effective and environmentally friendly by the savings on gas.

Dr. Udochi has been my primary-care physician for several years, and she is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. At one point I had a concerning collection of symptoms and was in excruciating pain. She gave me a same-day appointment and took lab tests but was also able to deduce what my diagnoses were and the narrative of how one thing led to each of three other things, which had complicated my condition. She is remarkably attentive and has an excellent bed-side manner, and her staff is caring.

The Doctor Udochi was incredibly helpful, attentive, and took time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard and well cared for. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish—I highly recommend this office!
