Nonye has a very calming presence. Even though it was our first meeting, I felt safe and like she understood my life story. Speaking of telling my life story-- intakes are very hard for me. It's tough to recount and relive what I went through. With Nonye, those emotions felt way more manageable. With good therapy, you don't notice the therapizing. Nonye is excellent at the craft and science of therapy-- I can tell that much already.
