Unlike most of the doctors who like to talk about weather, gossips or other small talks to make you feel relaxing, Dr Norman Chan simply introduced himself to my mom, then he started asking questions about her ear problem. The eShow morexam was efficient and right on the point, no rush no chitchat no eye contact. But you can tell that he know exactly what he’s doing and he is super smart to connect the whole body not just ear nose and throat. All in all, Dr Norman Chan is a great doctor like the TV show “ Good Doctor “. He may be not so warm outside, but I am sure he has a big heart and great skill to fix your ENT problems.
This is my first time visiting Dr. Norman Chan after being recommended by a friend. I visited for an ear infection. I will definitely recommend to others. Dr Chan asked thorough questions regarding my health before moving on to cShow moreheck my ears. He explained the procedures that were to be done on my ear and made sure I was calm. He was very careful and did not rush, despite having other patients waiting outside. He takes his time with each patient and makes sure to explain everything before letting you go. I felt reassured that I will get better, despite being in pain during my visit. The secretaries outside of the office are also patient and friendly. Do not hesitate in visiting this doctor.

Great experience. Dr. Chan was very educational and helpful. Had ear wax stuck on my ear drum and he took it quickly and efficiently.
Proficient doctor. A lot of reviews say "he doesn't care", but seems like that is his general conversational tone / emotions. Diagnosis seems realistic, prescribed medicine seems to help.

Where do I start I went to Dr. Chan for the very first time yesterday 03/31/2024 for a very long time I have issues with my sinus and went to another ENT in the past was told I have a deviated Septum which requires surgery thank God I was a chicken and did not go through with it turns out I don't have a deviated Septum all I have is some serious Acid Reflux he recommended me to a Gastroenterologist ,provided me with some medications he is simply the best I had a thorough checkup came out the office a happy human thank you Dr. Chan

I should do an urgent visit and I went to Dr. Chan, he has been very meticulous and professional. He visited me very carefully, indicating me the potential sickness I was affected of and suggesting to rum asap the test in a Centre he knew. My experience was great! I came to Dr. Chan with the issue of the aftermath of an insect in my ear. He reassured me multiple times that there was no insect in my ear, which eased my anxiety. He was very personable and also gave me advice about another issue that I hadn't thought about. The office was very professional and I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Dr. Chan office has provided a very efficient scheduling system. You can book an appointment the next day. Also, getting insurance verification before the appointment is an excellent time savings method. The doctor office knows exactly what to charge for copay and patient knows exactly how much to settle the payment. Dr. Chan went thru a standard ENT check up and completed ear wax removal procedures. Dr. Chan office did not have an audiologist in-house. Therefore, did not meet my hear aids procurement requirements for this visit. However, Dr. Chan did provide list of 3 hear aids specialists for follow-up. Thank you.

Dr. Chan is very thorough doctor, takes his time and answered my concerns. He even followed up on my prior symptoms. Another positive, his practice is open on the weekends.
