I am originally from Illinois and have lived in Maryland since 1999. I have been a registered nurse for almost 14 years. I spent the entirety of my nursing career at Anne Arundel Medical Center as a board-certified Medical-Surgical nurse before becoming a clinical supervisor.
I obtained my Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from Walden University in February 2022 and completed my Master’s in Nursing in February 2024. I became certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners for Adult-Gerontology in March 2024 and am also an active member.
I am passionate about patient advocacy, developing patient relationships, and education with the adult population, and I have focused my career on it. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, and cooking.
