Always glad to have my appointment with Olivia Burch … she always reviews my diabetes status and discusses any other issues I have had since our last visit ..I had ti confess the last month has been trying … I had a UTI and a flaShow morere of diverticulitis that I’m still not totally over … I explained I had a bad reaction from some medications … she was concerned and added some additional lab tests …she is encouraging reviewing my diabetes management and praised my continued weight reduction …
I have been so pleased with all the help and advice I received. Everyone is so helpful, supportive and kind. You don’t often see from the doctors, lab staff and office staff work with the kindness you see here. There attitude is iShow moret’s our patients, our work and they all work together so beautifully!!! They are like family and they take the time to really listen and provide the must possible care.

The wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 1:15 and it was after 2 before the NP walked in the room. Need to be more on time. My time is important too.
Olivia is great, she took time and listened to my concerns and didn't rush out of our appointment. She is working to get my thyroid issue under control. Thank you.

I was surprised about how we discussed my issues. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable about the choices I was given. I was given a choice. I had a say in my treatments. I felt like I was being heard about my concerns. When I left I was relieved and happy about how we were working together to make my health better.

Always prompt, friendly and very informative. She explains in detail results of tests and any medication needed or you are on. Love Olivia and highly recommend her for your endocrinology needs.

I love Olivia Burch but be prepared to wait. I was there for 2 1/2 hours the first time I went to the clinic. The second time I was there it was 1 1/2 hours. They don’t always answer the phone during business hours.

Mrs. Burch greets you with a smile every single time you see her. She is always going above and beyond to try and help. She listens, and always makes you feel loved. I would recommend her to everyone who needs an endocrinologist.

Absolutely the best Endocrinologist place around! Very clean and modern office. Excellent staff. Carsyn is truly the best NP, and undoubtedly cares about my health. She's very clear, concise, and professional. My health has improved immensely since I started seeing Carsyn.
I was there for 2 hours with a lot Of my time waiting on someone to see me including the NP. I hope things will be better when I go back for my next appt.
