Carson Burch was great, she explained things very well and was very easy to talk to. Her part of the visit wasn't terribly long but the entire appointment took 3 hours. It was my first visit so I can understand, many first-timShow moree issues have to be addressed. I hope my next visit will be more friendly to my lunch hour.
