After going to so many different places, I finally found someone who took the time to listen to me and the kindness and understanding that Olivia Burch showed, is something that just can be taught. I am very satisfied with the staff here at Southern Diabetes. They are kind, caring and patient, they do not rush you when you ask questions. The provider took her time with explaining everything from my results to the recommendatShow moreions on the treatment of care. I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. All I can say is wow, without Nurse Olivia Burch, I really don’t know where I would be! Never knew my A1C was so high, but Nurse Olivia Butch is getting me right where I need to be!!! Highly recommended

Ms Burch is everything I love to have in a caretaker! Polite, courteous, and takes her time to explain everything so that you understand it all. Always wants what is best for her patients! You feel like you are talking with a friend, not being talked down to!
I spent 10 years searching for an Endocrinologist to take me seriously about my concerns. Dr. Burch listened and turns out I was right all these years. I cannot thank her enough.
