Olivia McKinzie, LPCC ADDC

Olivia is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) and a candidate for a License of Addiction Counseling (ADDC) who set out to change the world one mind at a time. She works with individuals struggling with substance use, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, and relationship struggles. Her unique approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, parts work, and plenty of metaphors. By tailoring the combination of these aspects to the individual, she helps clients take back control of their lives and emotions. She strives to create an open, relaxed, and friendly environment where clients find strength and confidence to meaningfully change their lives.Olivia studied at Colorado State University for her bachelors in Psychology and Sociology, and her Masters of Addiction Counseling.
