As an established patient, Olivia is as kind and compassionate as the day we first met via telehealth - if not more so. She has a keen understanding of my mental health conditions due to past traumas and it means more than anyone will ever know to have a psychiatric medical professional who cares about the sensitive nature of a male sexual assault survivor. I can't recommend Olivia at Zen Life more!
Not only does Olivia go above and beyond to truly listen to her patients, she spends extra time with them as needed even if it costs her personal time or money. THAT folks is an EXCELLENT healthcare worker who expresses her genuine heartfelt emotion for her patients and truly cares about the well-being of her patients. Olivia is very knowledgeable in the field of psychiatric treatment and truly expresses the deepest sense of care for her patients. She has a very deep understanding of the psychiatric needs of very unique individuals (C-/PTSD) and is a very down-to-earth practitioner who doesn't stick to a "script" when conversing about health issues.
