I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lesani and the staff at Las Vegas Urology. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the whole check-in process smooth. Dr. Lesani has the best Show morebedside manner; he listened to my concerns, didn't make me feel rushed, and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and answer all my questions in detail. His knowledge and calm demeanor gave me so much confidence. I felt completely at ease and well-informed. With over sixteen years of experience and a patient-centered focus on minimally invasive techniques, it’s no wonder that more Nevadans choose Dr. Lesani for robotic surgery than any other urologist. A board-certified urologist, Dr. Lesani provides care not only to Las Vegans but also to patients from Southern Utah as well as Northern Arizona.
Dr. Lesani attended the University of Texas Health Science Center, where he earned his medical degree. He later completed a surgical internship and urology residency at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, and a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago. He served as an instructor of urology at Northwestern Medical Center prior to joining Las Vegas Urology.
Dr. Lesani adheres to the philosophy that “it’s not the cancer you remove from the patient, but rather it’s the patient you preserve from cancer.” This focus on patient care shines through in his work, and he remains dedicated to providing the safest, least disruptive, minimally invasive care whenever possible, including the latest in robotic procedures.
As a highly respected robotic surgeon and a fellowship-trained urologist in southern Nevada, Dr. Lesani‘s academic work has been presented at urology conferences at home and abroad. In his spare time, he gives back to his peers and the medical community, publishing articles and authoring chapters in books such as the “Mastery of Surgery” and “Management of Urologic Malignancies.” He serves as an invited faculty for the North American Robotic Urology Symposium, an organization dedicated to promoting cutting edge advances in robotics surgery.

Even thou it was packed and crowded my appt time to be seen by Dr Lesani was on time, very well organized for first time patients..
Dr. Lesa I is fantastic. Direct and to the point. Very knowledgeable, and very good bedside manner. The only reason why I don’t leave five stars is because the practice is so busy that they are always late. I waited two hours for a three minute procedure. I will continue to go to him, but I cannot say that I am happy that they are never on time with my appointments.. I realize that is just the nature of the game these days, and no matter where you go, that will be the case. But obviously it is not good. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dr. Lesani

Llevo 5 años atendiendome con el Dr Lesani, para mi, es uno de los mejores especialistas de Urologia del país, lo recomiendo al 100%, solo me ha ordenado seguimiento, con biopsias y MRI, para mi cancer de prostata, porque no está dispuesto a ordenar, otro tratamiento, sino es necesario. Nunca he pedido una segunda opinión, porque confío plenamente en su profesionalismo.

My experience was fine inside the building, but parking was an issue, because I was running late and couldn’t find a spot, drove around the building four times before I found one which made me even later. Also, would have liked a call reminding me that the doctor wanted me to go for a renal ultra sound before the appointment, Love Dr. Lesani and Sarah and all his staff,
