The care I received was excellent. The only criticism that I would point out is the problems that I had communicating with the office. Calling the doctor was extremely frustrating. I tried to call on at least 3 occasions and the Show morewait to speak to a person was absurd. I am a doctor, i practiced for 43 years, albeit in emergency and trauma medicine, and I realize that calling the ER is a different situation, but when you have a medical issue it is an emergency to you as a patient. Telling the caller that they can leave a message and a call will be returned in the next two business days can often be unacceptable. In my experience any medical problem is to some degree an emergency to that patient, perhaps not “life threatening” but nonetheless it is to some degree an emergency to that patient. This issue is not limited to your practice, but it is pervasive in all practices that I have dealt with here in Las Vegas. I practiced medicine for over 40 years and I find things have radically changed in the last few years. I am well pleased with Dr Lesani, just very frustrated in trying to communicate with his office and practice.
Dr. Alex Lesani, his medical assistants, and the front office administrative staff provided outstanding support in all aspects during my initial visit, surgery, the first follow-up. Dr. Lesani's professionalism and medical expertiShow morese cannot be overstated. His direct involvement in deciding the best course of action for my medical condition put me at ease. The surgery went as expected with no complications. The follow-up visit provided a similar experience. My only bad experience dealt with the medical data staff to find out if the medication prescribed was sent to my pharmacy. The first call was the day after the follow-up visit and I spoke with a person (male) who confirmed Dr. Lesani's prescription but not sent to the pharmacy. The person assured me he would follow-up with the Dr. and call me the same day - No call back. The following day, I left a voicemail early in the moring - again no call back. My wife finally asked to speak to Dr. Lesani's Medical Assistant. She was transferred to her voicemail. We hope that she will follow-up with us. Other than having the difficulty of getting the prescription sent to our pharmacy, I'm very happy with Dr. Lesani and staff.

He served as an instructor of urology at Northwestern Medical Center prior to joining Las Vegas Urology.

very good , and understanding
Lesani is a kind and knowledgeable doctor. I had a large kidney stone and after lithotripsy and and a uretroscopy it is finally removed. I would have liked him to come and share his findings after each proceedure. Id liked to seen my urine test results on my last visit.

I also heard from other doctors when I was hospitalized for heart surgery, that he is one of the best Urolpgist. Brief and professional. His expertise is greatly appreciated. Currently 1 Flomax pill per day. Would taking an additional Flomax per day be beneficial?

Dr Lesani and his staff was both professional and showed compassion when I was dealing with my 2 cm kidney stone. Dr Lesani successfully broke up the stone and is following up to endure there are no complications.
Dr Lesani is a rear combination of a gifted Doctor and Surgeon, and a compassionate human being. It’s hard to find a doctor with both. His staff is excellent. The staff is accommodating and courteous.

Dr Lesani performed my surgery with success. I was fortunate to get a very experienced Surgeon with a well trained team behind him as well. My pre-op and Post-op activities were well laid out efficient and professional. My recovery has gone extremely well.
