She consistently asks about my mood, keeps strong communication, and manages my medications in the best way possible. I also appreciate how she goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of issues, especially when the pharmacy is being stubborn. I feel heard, supported, and well taken care of. highly recommend!

At first, I was frustrated and overwhelmed due to confusion with the pharmacy and the process. But my psychiatrist was so understanding and patient. She clearly explained everything, listened to my concerns, and even apologized, even though it wasn’t her fault. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate psychiatrist who really listens and supports their patients.

I was in a very bad state of mind when I had my first appointment with Dr. Omotayo and I regrettably left a terrible review on her. I couldn’t have been more wrong about her. She is caring, kind and very helpful. My mood and overall improved mental health can in large part be attributed to her care as a doctor and a good person. I’m thankful to have her.
I was in a seriously agitated state the last time I left a review for Dr. Sofela Omotayo in which I was quite unkind and unfavorable towards her. Unfortunately I was acting extremely “Karen-esque” which is out of character for me but given my current mental state, it wasn’t surprising. I was wrong and I do sincerely apologize for my behavior. She is truly kind and has been very helpful and supportive in every session we’ve had and I deeply regret every negative thing I have said.
Omotayo is wonderful! She takes the time to actively listen and has such a genuinely caring disposition. I wish I would have found her sooner. Highly recommend!

I would characterize my experience with NP Sofela as educational and comforting. She is responsive to patient concerns, listens to the whole story, and tries to heal and educate with her words. I would definitely go again.
