I was so thankful that I was able to get an appointment and get in the following day. Dr. Splenser was able to diagnose the problem, tell me what to avoid as well as what to do in regards to treatment, and finally had the nurse gShow moreive me a steroid shot to aid in the healing process. I'm so thankful for Dr. Splenser. He is a wonderful physician.

When I go in The Lady 's at the front are very nice and speaks as I walk up. Always helpful. The Nurses are very kind and helpful. Dr. Spencer always very helpful. We discussed what the problem is to get it fixed. Never have a problem getting in to see him.

Wait time is importantly to Dr Splenser. If he gets tied up with another patient before seeing me he is always apologetic. He explains in Lehmans terms about his dignosic regarding his patients issues so that I can easily understand. Very polite Dr and he listens to my issues and does his best to help. Best Primary Dr I have ever encountered with and I’m 70 years old.
Never much of a wait and takes the time to hear all your needs. Last doctor I had in Onalaska ran an assembly line looking for numbers in lieu of personal care. Dr. Splencer makes every visit a personal experience.
Everything is done efficiently and quickly we are never there more than 45 min to an hour the staff is nice and helpful.

Dr. Splenser takes his time with his patients. He is not in a hurry and actually listens to them. He tries to find the root of a problem instead of just giving you a pill to help your symptoms. My whole family goes to him, he the best in Lufkin!!
