Wait time is importantly to Dr Splenser. If he gets tied up with another patient before seeing me he is always apologetic. Best Primary Dr I have ever encountered with and I’m 70 years old.

This office always works to get me in quickly and I don’t spend half a day waiting to be seen. I’m seen promptly and the staff is very courteous. Dr. Splencer is always very kind and listens to me and is quick to respond to my needs.
I was able to make the appointment late Thursday evening, 8:30am next day out in less than 30min. Very efficient. Thanks!

When I go in The Lady 's at the front are very nice and speaks as I walk up. Always helpful. The Nurses are very kind and helpful. Dr. Spencer always very helpful. We discussed what the problem is to get it fixed. Never have a problem getting in to see him.

Never much of a wait and takes the time to hear all your needs. Last doctor I had in Onalaska ran an assembly line looking for numbers in lieu of personal care. Dr. Splencer makes every visit a personal experience.
Everything is done efficiently and quickly we are never there more than 45 min to an hour the staff is nice and helpful.
