Paola A. Escobar is a highly experienced Certified Nurse Midwife and Registered Nurse, proudly serving women throughout, New Jersey, extending her care into Rockland County, New York, through Holistic OB/GYN & Midwifery Service.  With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership, Paola offers personalized, holistic care that supports women through every stage of life—from adolescence to menopause.

She began her nursing journey at Rutgers University School of Nursing, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing along with a minor in Women’s Health and Sociology. Her clinical experience spans a variety of healthcare settings, including hospital maternity units and birth centers, where her passion for women’s health deepened.

Paola went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. This unique blend of clinical and administrative expertise allows her to approach patient care with both compassion and innovation.

As an active member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Paola stays at the forefront of evidence-based care.

She is deeply committed to educating and empowering women to understand their bodies, advocate for their needs, and make informed decisions about their health and birth. Whether guiding patients through birth, routine care, or hormonal transitions, Paola’s goal is to create a supportive and respectful partnership rooted in trust.
