Hi. I am glad you reached out. My name is Pat Engler-Parish and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker available via telehealth. My job is to honor your story and help you make changes to feel and live better. I may be the right therapist for you if you are struggling with managing anxiety, worry, feelings of hopelessness, grief, unhealed trauma, or concerns about issues related to a health condition such as cancer or dementia, or issues around aging, transitions, and loneliness. Exploring feelings around spirituality and faith might also be areas of concern. My approach to helping is collaborative-walking with you, and utilizing compassion and curiosity. I believe that if we know our values and are living out our values, we can live our best life no matter the circumstance. My life experience along with my clinical, medical and academic knowledge offers an eclectic counseling approach that provides a safe and compassionate environment for personal growth.
