I am a first generation Mexican-American. I have a strong faith and foundation in God. I am passionate about helping and guiding others in their pursuit to thrive, not just survive in life. Whether you are overwhelmed with a transition, stress, trauma, addiction , depression or anxiety I am dedicated to helping you succeed. I have extensive experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children ages 4-18, as well as incarcerated youth, men and women in Southern Ca. In 2017, I opened up my private practice. I specialize in trauma and addiction. I also have significant training in anxiety, depression, neurodivergency, and neuroscience. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT. When I am not working I am usually painting in my backyard, hiking with my doggies(3), or out at the lake. I love to laugh with friends and family. Lastly, I am always seeking to strengthen my relationship with God. I believe this allows me to maintain my passion in all that I do.
