Vitality Mobile Wound Care LLC is a Texas-based mobile medical practice that brings advanced wound care directly to patients in their homes, aligning with POS 12, 31, 32, 34, and Telehealth options under the Novitas JH MAC.


Founded and led by Managing Member and CEO, Christopher L. Ethridge, Vitality Mobile Wound Care is built around a clinician-led model with a Chief Nursing Officer, Dr. Patricia Stevenson, and an experienced wound care specialized clinical team providing evidence-based wound therapies at the bedside. The company accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, making specialized wound care accessible to a broad population of medically complex and homebound patients.​


Clinical services include in-home assessment and management of chronic and acute wounds using procedures such as debridement, application of skin substitutes, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), mist therapy, and coordination of labs and ancillary services as needed. By operating as a fully mobile wound care practice, Vitality reduces hospitalizations, improves healing outcomes, and supports referring providers with coordinated, compliant, and timely outcomes with patient treatment plans and outcomes with a focus on convenience and "Golden Hour" operating structure.


We serve patients in POS 12 (Home), POS 31 (SNF), POS 32 (NF), POS 34 (Hospice), and Telehealth options for our patients across the State of Texas.
