I find the office is very clean n cheerful n very professional. When you first walk in your greeted by friendly staff to check you in promptly. Then you go to a very clean waiting room where you could watch TV on a big screen or Show moreread play with your phone or tablet, til they call your name. Once taken in the back, one of the staff takes your BP, after that your takin to meet with the doctor where he spends much time talking about your needs n how he can best help you. They don't play know games, meaning when you get there they do their best to get you in n out quickly. Also there is a lot of parking rite in front of the building where there is a ramp n sliding doors for easy access. Dr Fall is friendly but professional n easy to work with. He will discuss all your options. Upon leaving they check you out by making your next appointment. My visits always goes smooths. This is always a good visit for me.
My initial injury was in the late 80's. Surgeries that followed, the first of which was a failed spine fusion took place in the early 90's. Just after my 2nd fusion after 20 months of nerve damage and flopping like a fish, that suShow morergeon was on hidden camera on 20/20. I've been in pain a long time due to the surgeries and generalized advice and treatment by GP's. Flash to after my 3rd fusion correctly done ... the damage from the first two was done. My referral to and treatment by Dr.Fall and his team has made things at least tolerable. Truthful advice means a lot. This doctor and his team have in deed made life tolerable for me. He has a fine manner and professional technique. I've seen more "doctors" than I can count over many years. Dr. Fall is real, not like most physicians I've ever seen who spout what they supposedly know with no positve. I'm lucky to have his care. In my opinion he is a fine physician.
Patrick Fall, DO, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fall joined the team in 2006.
Dr. Fall grew up in central Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He received a Master of Science with an emphasis in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Dr. Fall moved to the Philadelphia area in 1997 and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a fellowship in pain medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and The Jefferson Pain Center.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is dual-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Fall obtained certification in Suboxone® therapy in 2014 and is certified by the state of Pennsylvania to register patients in the medical marijuana program.
Dr. Fall provides state-of-the-art pain management treatments with precision and compassion. His goal is to allow his patients to become active participants in their own treatment, which he believes leads to better outcomes and overall care. He strives to stay current with his treatment plans using evidence-based protocols in all aspects of the care he provides.

Dr Fall is an excellent doctor who knows his business very well. He is also a sincerely kind and compassionate man. I have recently been through a traumatic experience with my wife. Dr Fall always asks me how she is doing and how she is progressing with her condition. Along with that, his staff is very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Would highly recommend Se Pain Management. From the time of my back injection , Dr Fall and his team describe everything that was going on until it was completed within 10 minutes. After, when I scheduled my follow up in 3 months due to my insurance , I had no pain or any problems with my back. My last injection lasted over 1 year pain free and no back problems
