The office, in Los Gatos, is small, but well run. Parking can be a problem but there is usually space in the basement lot. Wait time after registration is minimal, as is the time in the room waiting for the physician to come it. SShow moretaff is friendly. I found the doctor to be friendly and thorough but with a minimum of wasted time, yours and his. A friendly greeting and then down to business. And he knows his business in the office and the OR. I would and will see him again for back problems.
The Allied Pain and Spine Clinic is absolutely the best. Dr Patrick Polsunas is my Primary Attending Physician. I see him monthly and have been with this clinic for the past 3 years. He is a fantastic listener, and is no BS when iShow moret comes to my health and recovery. He has been assisting me with navigating thru my workers comp injury from over 3 years ago. Finally, I will be having surgery om July 24th, and I look forward and feel extremely confident in his and the clinic's ability to see me thru.

Dr. Polsunas has done unbelievable things for me. For many years, I suffered from intense pain across my nasal bridge at the slightest touch. So severe that I couldn't even wear eyeglasses without triggering terrible nasal pain and headaches. I previously had a highly unsuccessful surgery at a major pain clinic (Stanford). I was very fortunate to find Dr. Polsunas who quickly identified the root cause, treated it with injection, and solved the problem. Now I can read again, amazing!!
