The office, in Los Gatos, is small, but well run. Parking can be a problem but there is usually space in the basement lot. Wait time after registration is minimal, as is the time in the room waiting for the physician to come it. SShow moretaff is friendly. I found the doctor to be friendly and thorough but with a minimum of wasted time, yours and his. A friendly greeting and then down to business. And he knows his business in the office and the OR. I would and will see him again for back problems.
Dr. Polsunas is amazing! He has the best bedside manner of all the physicians at Allied Pain, he really takes the time to listen and makes sure all your questions and concerns have been answered before the appointment is over. Dr. Polsunas has always been kind, compassionate, and professional. I've trusted him with my care for many years. My disappointment is with the practice's new policies, which seem to leave little room for patients with complex, lifelong medical histories like mine. After nearly 20 years of stable treatment, I hope patients can still be evaluated as individuals rather than by a blanket policy.

I appreciate the time and attention given at each appointment, including a review of what’s been working well and a discussion about options for the future. There are a plethora of options presented including chiropractic, injections, medications and therapies to manage patients’ individual challenges.
